ElevenLabs expands into enterprise voice agents

Co-founder Mati Staniszewski’s May 5 announcement describes ElevenLabs moving from AI voice models into a platform for business communication. The company attributed its ARR growth to enterprise voice agents deployed in customer support, sales, hiring and marketing.

The announcement named NVIDIA, Salesforce, Santander, KPN and Deutsche Telekom as customers. It described applications ranging from product demonstrations to support agents, including live assistance and translation during phone calls. These customer descriptions come from ElevenLabs.

Suno subscriptions and the February disclosure

TechCrunch’s February 27, 2026 report attributed the two-million-subscriber and $300 million ARR figures to CEO Mikey Shulman’s LinkedIn statement. It described Suno as a product that generates music from natural-language prompts. The subscriber count and ARR are founder-reported and unaudited.

The report also recalled an earlier $200 million annual-revenue figure that Suno had given The Wall Street Journal. It refers to an earlier period and a different revenue metric from the February ARR statement. Annual revenue and ARR are not measures of profit.

The June financing announcement

On June 3, 2026, Suno announced more than $400 million in Series D funding at a $5.4 billion post-money valuation. Bond Capital led the round. The company said the funding would support expansion of its music-creation products. Neither the capital raised nor the valuation is product revenue.

Suno described professional producers, songwriters and first-time music makers using its product. TechCrunch’s earlier report discussed copyright litigation and a Warner Music Group settlement involving licensed music models.
