Clay reached $100 million ARR after six years of exploration
In a December 8, 2025 company announcement, Clay said it had grown from $1 million to $100 million in ARR in two years. The company also described the six years before that as a period of exploring ideas and narrowing its product direction.
Clay said its product began as a no-code spreadsheet and found a home with go-to-market teams. The announcement describes ARR, not profit, and does not disclose a margin or customer-level cost structure.
Regie.ai reported growth and a separate financing event
On February 26, 2025, Regie.ai announced RegieOne and a $30 million Series B. Its company-issued release also said ARR had grown 300% year over year and named customers including Copado and Crunchbase.
The release did not provide the starting ARR base. The 300% figure therefore remains a company-reported growth rate, while $30 million is financing—not revenue, ARR, or profit.
Two different sales-AI product paths
Clay’s announcement emphasizes data enrichment, research, and composable go-to-market workflows. Regie.ai’s release emphasizes prospecting and AI-supported sales execution. Both companies describe AI products embedded in enterprise sales workflows.
The public materials do not disclose comparable gross margins, retention rates, or unit economics. They show reported commercial milestones, not enough information to calculate profitability.
What the public figures do—and do not—show
Clay reported reaching $100 million ARR after a two-year increase from $1 million, following six years of product exploration. Regie.ai reported 300% year-over-year ARR growth and separately announced $30 million in Series B financing, without disclosing the starting ARR.
Those disclosures do not establish either company’s profit or show that either uses APIToken(https://apitoken.company/). APIToken(https://apitoken.company/)’s current models, prices, groups, and availability should be checked on the live site.
