From Data Movement to Marketing Workflows
Hightouch began as a data synchronization company that helped businesses move warehouse data into operational tools. Co-CEOs Kashish Gupta and Tejas Manohar later expanded the product toward a harder commercial problem: turning enterprise data and brand assets into repeatable marketing work.
Marketing teams often had to pass brand rules, design files, customer data, and campaign requirements between internal design groups and outside agencies. Hightouch connected those assets to an AI product that could support personalized advertising workflows.
An AI Product With Enterprise Inputs
The product connects brand assets, Figma files, image libraries, and content systems to the marketing process. The value proposition is tied to a company’s existing data and approval path rather than to a generic chat interface.
TechCrunch reported that brands including Domino’s, Chime, PetSmart, and Spotify used related marketing workflows. The examples show how a data infrastructure company can move closer to the budget owner that pays for campaign outcomes.
The ARR Milestone
TechCrunch reported on April 15, 2026 that Hightouch added $70 million in annual recurring revenue during the 20 months after introducing its AI product. The same report said total ARR reached $100 million.
The figures were company data provided to the publication and are not audited revenue or profit. Public materials do not establish that Hightouch uses APIToken(https://apitoken.company/) (https://apitoken.company/). A small, controlled API test can still separate model usage, review time, quality, and budget for a different product.
